Built to Energuide Specifications
Glennstar Custom Homes has reached an energuide rating of 76 or higher on all of our homes in Central Alberta. Many are rated an 80 or more – Which qualifies our customers for a $1500.00 government rebate and a 10% CMHC refund (on all homes achieving a rating of 80 or higher).

Builing healthy, efficient homes
Our homes are built with irresistible draft free foundation walls, mold resistant and wider open spaces.
Imagine a home built using a construction technology known for its warmth, comfort, strength as well as its sound and weather resistance.
Insulating concrete forms (ICF) are hollow blocks or panels made of high insulated polystyrene. They are stacked like building blocks to form the walls of the structure. Reinforcing steel is added and concrete is poured into their hollow cavity.
